2. Project Commencement
Once you’ve confirmed and paid the deposit for your project, we begin work right away. This commitment to your project means we don’t offer refunds, as we invest time and resources into creating a website that’s tailored to your specifications.
3. Dissatisfaction and Revisions
If you’re not completely satisfied with the design or development work, please let us know. We offer a reasonable number of revisions during the design phase to ensure that the final product meets your expectations. Our goal is to work closely with you to make sure you’re happy with the end result.
4. Termination of Services
Should you decide to terminate the project before completion, you’ll be responsible for payment for any work completed up to that point. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for services already rendered.
